Wednesday Walkers

Our walks take us to different parts of the Melbourne, normally within the South Eastern suburbs. We walk for about 25-30 mins, then stop for a coffee in a cafe. After coffee we walk for a further 25 mins back to our car and have our lunch (brought from home) in a park nearby. We usually travel by car to a pre determined location from where the walks commence.

For members who wish to car pool to the starting point, we meet at Tally Ho Reserve  Car Park, Bennett Street, Mount Waverley in time for a 9:30 am departure. Members who opt to drive direct to the starting point, the directions are provided in tby email prior to the walk. We meet at the designated starting point at 9:50 am.

Walks where we travel by train, we catch the 9.20 AM train from Glen Waverley, meeting in the second front carriage, getting on the station closest to you.

On days when Melbourne Weather Bureau predicts temperatures of 33C or above, the walk will be postponed.
